This is for the service of "MOBILE NOTARY" at the beach location right before the beginning of your Wedding Ceremony.
The notary will meet the groom (normally separate from the bride), then bride on her car so both can sign the marriage license. Both, the bride & groom, will need to present an official form of ID with picture, such as a Passport or Driver License. We recommend this service for an STRESS FREE Wedding.
